So tomorrow is the big day, Brendan is going in to get bilateral tubes first thing in the morning. I am nervous and excited. I hope he feels better after this is done. The doctor said he as allot of fluid and pressure on his ears. This will improve his hearing also!
awwww....it'll be much harder on you than on Brendan. Jason got ear tubes at 9 months for the same reason. It made a HUGE difference. Just be prepared... this may not happen to Brendan as he is older than Jason was, but Jason was unconsolable for about 30-45 minutes after he woke up. He was fine after that and while he had a few more ear infections after that, it didn't cause near as much discomfort as the tubes let the infection just drain out.
